Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly strategic and creative Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the insurance technology and fintech sectors within the industry, with a proven track record in digital marketing. You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that enhances our brand visibility, engages our target audience, and drives growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the company’s objectives and market opportunities.

Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.

Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.

Lead content strategy and oversee the creation of engaging content that communicates our value proposition effectively to our target audience.

Collaborate with the product development team to ensure marketing strategies are fully integrated with product offerings and customer experience.

Design and execute targeted marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive customer acquisition.

Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gaining insights to refine marketing strategies.

Manage the marketing budget efficiently, allocating resources to maximize ROI.

Lead, motivate, and develop the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Stay abreast of the latest trends in digital marketing, insurance technology, and fintech sectors to keep our marketing strategies innovative and effective.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.

Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

Strong background in digital marketing, insurance technology, and fintech sectors.

Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.

Excellent analytical skills to measure and optimize marketing performance.
