About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. In this role, you will serve as a strategic leader, overseeing our marketing initiatives to elevate our brand presence and drive meaningful growth. You will be responsible for translating our complex technical offerings into compelling narratives that resonate with our target audience.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with our core objectives and capitalizes on emerging market opportunities.
- Oversee the performance of digital campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email marketing, and display advertising, while managing the budget to ensure maximum impact.
- Lead and mentor our marketing team, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages creative problem-solving and professional development.
Requirements
To be successful in this position, you should bring a blend of strategic vision and hands-on execution skills. We require the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, with a Master’s degree considered an asset.
- At least 5 to 7 years of professional experience in marketing, including a minimum of 2 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
- A strong background in the fintech and insurance technology sectors, combined with proven expertise in digital marketing tactics.
- Excellent analytical capabilities to evaluate campaign performance and refine our strategies based on data-driven insights.
