We are looking for a passionate storyteller and strategist to join us as a Marketing Manager, helping us ensure that our brand identity remains sharp, consistent, and impactful on a global stage.
The opportunity
As our new Marketing Manager, you will take a leading role in shaping how the world perceives Koddi. You will sit within our global marketing team, where your work will directly influence our visibility and market presence. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in the United States, designed for someone who thrives on variety and wants to own the narrative across multiple channels. You will be the bridge between our complex commerce media solutions and the audiences who need them, ensuring that every email, social post, and event reflects our high standards of excellence.
A day in the life
- You will lead our social media presence by developing creative plans, curating engaging content, and monitoring trends to ensure our brand voice stays fresh and resonant across all platforms.
- You will own our email marketing strategy, using tools like HubSpot and Figma to design, segment, and execute campaigns that drive real engagement and growth.
- You will manage our digital footprint by updating website content, publishing blog posts, and applying SEO best practices to ensure our message reaches the right people at the right time.
Who you are
You are a creative and organized professional with 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within a high-growth tech environment. You have a sharp eye for design, a deep understanding of digital media, and the ability to turn complex ideas into compelling visual assets. You are fluent in English and possess the following qualifications:
- A proven track record of building social media campaigns that actually move the needle on engagement.
- Proficiency in HubSpot and design tools like Figma or PowerPoint.
- A self-motivated, collaborative spirit with the integrity and communication skills to work seamlessly with peers, management, and customers.
- A detail-oriented mindset, especially when it comes to managing brand assets, sales decks, and event logistics.
- The ability to travel at least 10 percent of the time for industry events, supported by a valid US Passport.
