Our core mission is to build hardware that helps individuals and organizations reach their full potential. Today, our products are used by over 1,000,000 employees and 100,000 businesses, ranging from agile start-ups to established Fortune 500 companies. We are currently searching for a creative and strategic Marketing Manager to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis to help drive our product growth and revenue.
Key outcomes
- Create compelling brand narratives, supervise the development of marketing assets, and handle media relations to maintain a unified brand voice across all platforms.
- Take ownership of the product launch process specifically for the U.S. market.
- Formulate and implement effective marketing strategies aimed at increasing our overall revenue.
- Provide leadership and guidance to our marketing team, covering areas such as SEO, performance marketing, campaign management, and social media.
- Execute all other responsibilities associated with a senior marketing leadership role.
Requirements
- Proven experience in brand communications, including building brand awareness and establishing brand direction.
- Demonstrated success in launching new products into the marketplace.
- Strong ability to construct comprehensive marketing plans that include strategy, customer research, competitive analysis, product requirements, messaging, and pricing.
- A track record of effectively leading, inspiring, and mentoring both direct and indirect reports.
- Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work seamlessly alongside cross-functional teams and executive leadership.
- Fluency in English, with strong capabilities in both written and verbal communication.
- A deep understanding of branding and writing is essential, and familiarity with U.S. culture and consumer behavior is considered a significant advantage.
