About the Role
We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join us on a six-month contract. In this mid-level position, you will serve as the primary marketing leader for the JAPAC region, reporting directly to our Global Head of Business Marketing and International. Your main goal will be to execute regional marketing plans that align with our corporate strategy and business objectives, ensuring we meet our quarterly growth and sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic business partner to our regional sales teams to accelerate the sales pipeline and drive revenue growth through targeted marketing initiatives.
- Oversee the execution of comprehensive marketing programs, including industry events, webinars, email campaigns, and PR activities, to boost brand awareness and product adoption.
- Manage the regional business marketing budget and coordinate with external agencies and cross-functional teams to ensure all programs are measured, optimized, and aligned with our goals.
Requirements
- Three to five years of experience in marketing and communications, ideally within the Ad Tech industry or other fast-paced environments.
- A proven track record of managing B2B marketing organizations and executing successful field-specific marketing plans across JAPAC markets.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing event logistics, sales pipeline acceleration, and budget oversight.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to create clarity and generate energy within a global team.
- Proficiency in English is required to effectively support our APAC markets.
Location
This role is based in either Singapore or Tokyo, Japan.
