What you bring

As a Senior Marketing Manager working in a full-time capacity, you will lead our efforts to position SITS | Traxion as a thought leader. You will operate in a hybrid environment, with your primary base located in the Netherlands. Your role involves bridging the gap between our consultants, sales teams, and leadership to drive brand visibility and business growth. Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and executing a comprehensive B2B marketing strategy that aligns with our commercial goals.
• Leading the creation of multi-channel campaigns, including digital, social, and event-based initiatives, to generate high-quality leads.
• Managing content creation and brand building to ensure our narrative resonates with our target audience across local and international markets.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate who brings at least five years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within the IT, consulting, or cybersecurity sectors. You should be highly organized, creative, and comfortable managing the full marketing funnel while using tools like Microsoft Dynamics and HubSpot. Proficiency in both English and Dutch is required, and you must hold a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. We value candidates who are proactive, collaborative, and capable of balancing long-term strategic planning with immediate execution. You must currently reside in the Netherlands with a valid work permit and possess a valid EU driver’s license.
