Marketing Manager at TRAXION

As a Marketing Manager at SITS | Traxion, together with your colleagues from the marketing team you will define and execute a marketing strategy that positions us as a thought leader in Identity & Access Management and cybersecurity consulting in the Benelux. Working closely with consultants, sales teams, and leadership, you’ll develop and run high-impact campaigns that drive brand visibility, support business growth, and generate leads. You’ll have the freedom to shape the marketing function, create content that resonates with our target audience, and elevate our presence across local and international markets. This role reports into the CEO BeNeLux here at SITS | Traxion.  

What you’ll be doing: 

• Sales Enablement: Support sales teams with marketing assets, pitch materials, and client-facing content. Ensure alignment between marketing efforts and the buyer journey. 

• Marketing Strategy & Execution: Define and implement a data-driven B2B marketing strategy alongside our CEO that is aligned with commercial goals across the Netherlands, Belgium, as well as with the overall group to ensure consistent positioning and maximum impact across all target markets.  

• Campaign Development: Lead the creation and delivery of multi-channel campaigns (digital, email, events, social, content) to drive brand awareness, demand generation, and pipeline growth. 

• Content Creation & Brand Building: Own the brand narrative. Create or oversee the creation of content such as case studies, blog posts, whitepapers, videos, and thought leadership in collaboration with consultants and partners. 

• Event & Partner Marketing: Plan and execute industry events, webinars, and sponsorships. Collaborate with key partners and vendors on joint marketing opportunities. 

• Analytics & Optimization: Track campaign performance, analyse data, and continuously optimize based on KPIs and ROI insights. 

• Agency & Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external agencies, freelancers, and creative partners to deliver marketing initiatives effectively. 

• Collaboration with Group Marketing: work closely with the group marketing team to ensure brand consistency, share best practices, align on strategic initiatives, and leverage shared resources across regions.  

• Team Leadership & Growth: Support other marketing colleagues and help grow the marketing function as the business expands.

What you’ll bring to the table: 

• 5+ years in B2B marketing, preferably in IT, cybersecurity, or consulting. Proven track record in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns. 

• You’re comfortable owning the full marketing funnel—from brand and content to performance and analytics—while also getting your hands dirty to get things done. 

• Preferred experience with Microsoft dynamics and hubspot 

• Collaborative, creative, and highly organized. Able to align marketing with sales and consultancy, while balancing long-term strategy with short-term deliverables. 

• Working proficiency in English and Dutch (spoken and written); German is a bonus. 

• A degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. Certifications in digital marketing or content strategy are a plus. 

• Available for at least 32 hours/week and able to work from our Waardenburg office three per week. 

• You hold a valid EU driver’s license. 

• You already live in the Netherlands and have a valid work permit or EU nationality.
