The opportunity
We are searching for a Marketing Manager to join our team and help lead our marketing initiatives. You will work closely with our Head of Revenue to attract new customers to our platform while ensuring our current users continue to have a five-star experience. This role is a fantastic opportunity to immerse yourself in B2B marketing, where you will gain hands-on experience in content strategy, growth marketing, and customer engagement. You will be a key player in our mission to help restaurants spend less time on repairs and more time serving their guests.
A day in the life
- You will lead our sales and partner marketing efforts by creating compelling collateral and executing physical mailing strategies that generate fresh leads for our sales team.
- You will take full ownership of our event presence, managing everything from registration and sponsorship to coordinating the logistics of shipping materials and ensuring our team is prepared for success on the ground.
- You will drive customer engagement by managing our newsletters, developing in-product messaging, and creating resources that keep our users informed and excited about our latest product updates.
Who you are
You are a versatile marketing professional with two to four years of experience, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment. You enjoy being a generalist who is comfortable wearing many different hats, and you possess a hunger to learn and grow alongside us. Your toolkit includes proficiency in Canva or Photoshop for design, experience with Google Ads, and expert-level skills in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and content management systems. You are a clear, concise writer who can translate complex industry concepts into plain English, and you have an eagle eye for detail that ensures every project is polished and professional.
