We are currently looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team in Belgium. As a fast-paced and high-growth company, we focus on driving innovation and building a strong foundation for our future. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting our commercial organization by managing our daily marketing efforts, brand building, and lead activation. You will be responsible for executing comprehensive communication campaigns and overseeing our presence across social media, press, advertising, and events.
Key outcomes
- Develop and execute a cohesive marketing and brand strategy that aligns with our company growth objectives.
- Translate high-level strategic plans into actionable marketing campaigns and content calendars.
- Manage the implementation of campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, paid advertising, and events.
- Execute and optimize campaigns hands-on, which includes creating advertisements, publishing content, managing CRM data, and analyzing performance results.
- Monitor and report on essential marketing KPIs such as lead generation, audience engagement, and conversion rates.
- Deepen your understanding of our products, customers, and the market to effectively strengthen our brand voice.
- Stay current with emerging marketing trends and tools while contributing innovative ideas to our strategy.
- Collaborate closely with our Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment across the organization.
- Support ad-hoc projects, including market research, internal communications, and event coordination.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in B2G software marketing or communications, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals.
- Strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet critical deadlines.
- Fluency in both Dutch and English.
- A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a passion for our mission.
- A collaborative spirit and the ability to take initiative.
- A willingness to challenge the status quo and thrive in a fast-changing environment.
- Curiosity, a sharp eye for detail, and a sense of humor are highly valued.
