The opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to spearhead our growth and brand presence in Saudi Arabia. This is a foundational role where you will define our local strategy and execute campaigns that resonate with the market. You will report to the Regional General Manager and work closely with our global marketing leadership to ensure our local efforts align with our international goals. A day in the life

• You will develop and execute a localized marketing plan for the Middle East, focusing on raising brand awareness and driving customer acquisition.
• You will manage brand partnerships and event activations while monitoring the performance of affiliate content across channels like food and beverage, hotels, and entertainment.
• You will analyze customer lifecycle data and market reports to solve problems, identify growth opportunities, and ensure our team hits its key performance indicators.

Who you are

You are a creative professional with 4 to 5 years of experience in a similar role. You have a diverse skill set that includes influencer management, public relations, event planning, branding, and media buying. Because you will be representing our brand in the region, you must be a native or native-level speaker of both Arabic and English. You are comfortable managing budgets, forecasting results, and working collaboratively across cross-functional teams. Above all, you are a detail-oriented team player who is willing to roll up your sleeves to ensure every project is executed flawlessly.
