We are currently seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to join our team on a full-time, remote basis to help drive our mission forward.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with a diverse group of stakeholders to design and implement high-impact, multi-touch campaigns that foster engagement and inspire our audience.
- Oversee the entire campaign lifecycle, including the creation of detailed briefs for agency partners and the management of budgets to ensure we meet our cost-per-lead targets.
- Analyze campaign performance data and dashboards to provide strategic recommendations, optimize results, and maintain clear communication regarding progress and goals across the organization.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of professional experience in B2B marketing, specifically with a focus on executing and scaling cross-functional programs.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with hands-on experience using tools like Excel and Salesforce to track metrics and drive improvements.
- Proven success in developing account-based marketing strategies and managing campaigns across various paid and owned channels.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas to leadership and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
