BrainStorm is a B2B SaaS company dedicated to driving digital adoption and organizational change for global leaders like PepsiCo, American Express, and Panasonic. We are looking for a creative and results-oriented Marketing Manager to join our high-performing, on-site team in the United States and help us generate new enterprise business.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with our sales and business development teams to produce effective enablement resources, such as training materials, case studies, and pitch decks.
Plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns designed to increase leads and completed product demos.
Develop and manage high-quality content, including white papers, webinars, blog posts, and email campaigns, that speaks directly to our target audience.
Oversee the planning and execution of both virtual and in-person events, such as trade shows and conferences, to boost brand awareness and lead generation.
Utilize market insights and performance data to refine our messaging and overall marketing strategy.

Must-haves

At least 2 years of experience in B2B marketing, or a strong academic background with relevant internship experience.
A collaborative mindset with the ability to build strong relationships and serve as a reliable resource for the team.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an aptitude for clear, jargon-free, and persuasive messaging.
Strong organizational habits and the ability to manage tasks independently while staying on top of project deadlines.
A proactive, lifelong learner approach to problem-solving and self-directed research.

Nice-to-haves

Hands-on experience using HubSpot, Google Analytics, and Asana.
Proven ability to manage the full lifecycle of virtual and in-person events from initial concept to completion.
