BrainStorm is a B2B SaaS company dedicated to driving digital adoption and organizational change for global leaders like PepsiCo, American Express, and Panasonic. We are looking for a creative and results-oriented Marketing Manager to join our high-performing, on-site team in the United States and help us generate new enterprise business.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with our sales and business development teams to produce effective enablement resources, such as training materials, case studies, and pitch decks.
- Plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns designed to increase leads and completed product demos.
- Develop and manage high-quality content, including white papers, webinars, blog posts, and email campaigns, that speaks directly to our target audience.
- Oversee the planning and execution of both virtual and in-person events, such as trade shows and conferences, to boost brand awareness and lead generation.
- Utilize market insights and performance data to refine our messaging and overall marketing strategy.
Must-haves
- At least 2 years of experience in B2B marketing, or a strong academic background with relevant internship experience.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to build strong relationships and serve as a reliable resource for the team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an aptitude for clear, jargon-free, and persuasive messaging.
- Strong organizational habits and the ability to manage tasks independently while staying on top of project deadlines.
- A proactive, lifelong learner approach to problem-solving and self-directed research.
Nice-to-haves
- Hands-on experience using HubSpot, Google Analytics, and Asana.
- Proven ability to manage the full lifecycle of virtual and in-person events from initial concept to completion.
