What you bring
In this senior-level, full-time role based in the United States, you will lead the charge in introducing our brand to new communities. You will balance creative strategy with operational precision to ensure every opening is a success. Your work will involve:
- Developing and executing integrated marketing plans that drive sales and build awareness during the critical opening period of our new restaurants.
- Managing complex project timelines and budgets to ensure all marketing efforts are delivered on schedule and within financial targets.
- Building and maintaining relationships with local influencers and community partners to foster brand affinity and long-term market presence.
Requirements
We are looking for someone with at least six years of experience in community marketing and restaurant launches. You should be a creative thinker who balances business acumen with a deep understanding of brand culture. Proficiency in English is required, and you must have a proven track record of managing teams and working cross-functionally. We value candidates who are self-starters, possess excellent organizational skills, and have a robust network of professional connections. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is expected, and you must be comfortable with travel for up to 40% of your time to support our regional goals.
