At Lumin Digital, we are redefining the future of finance by building cloud-native digital banking solutions that help credit unions and banks engage their members. We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to join our team and lead our event strategy, creating impactful experiences that drive brand visibility and meaningful connections with financial leaders.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end planning and execution of diverse events, including trade shows, webinars, conferences, and exclusive executive experiences.
- Manage logistics for large-scale customer conferences, covering everything from venue selection to speaker coordination and vendor management.
- Design high-touch, tailored experiences for C-Suite executives, such as private dinners and VIP roundtables.
- Partner with our sales and product teams to create compelling event content, presentations, and supporting marketing collateral.
- Analyze event performance metrics to provide actionable insights that refine our future marketing strategies.
- Support broader marketing initiatives, including social media, email campaigns, and content creation.
- Maintain brand consistency across all event materials and marketing assets.
Must-haves
- At least 7 years of professional experience in event planning and logistics, ideally within the B2B SaaS, banking, or credit union sectors.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong project management capabilities with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on professional client engagement.
- A strategic mindset combined with meticulous attention to detail.
- The ability to travel 25% to 40% of the time.
- Fluency in English.
