The role

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. In this role, you will lead our event and conference strategy, serving as a vital member of our Brand Strategy team. You will own the execution of our diverse event programs, including virtual and in-person experiences designed for students, families, counselors, and our industry partners. This is a high-impact position where you will shape how we engage with our stakeholders and drive our broader business objectives.

Core responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive, data-driven strategy for our industry conferences, virtual webinars, and partner-focused events.
• Manage the entire events budget, ensuring clear tracking and reporting to demonstrate the return on investment for our programs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with our Marketing, Creative, and Sales teams to ensure our event presence aligns with company goals and effectively reaches our target audiences.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should bring a blend of strategic vision and tactical execution skills. We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:

• At least 5 years of professional experience in event marketing, including both virtual and in-person formats.
• A strong background in brand strategy, budget management, and ROI analysis.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and delegate effectively across different departments.
• A proactive, data-driven mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• A Bachelor's degree in any field.

Compensation and benefits

The target base salary range for this position is $73,000 to $92,000 USD, depending on your specific experience and skills. In addition to base pay, you will participate in our annual bonus and stock option programs. We also provide a robust benefits package to support your well-being, including:
