Marketing Manager - Events at OM1

What you'll be doing

• You will take the lead on our event strategy and execution, ensuring our in-person and virtual programs effectively showcase our market leadership.
• You will drive business growth by creating meaningful event experiences that boost brand awareness, generate leads, and increase account engagement.
• You will manage the full lifecycle of our events, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, budget tracking, and the development of data-backed performance reports for our stakeholders.

What you'll bring

To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in event marketing and a passion for continuous growth. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in event marketing, ideally with exposure to the life sciences or healthcare sectors.
• Exceptional project management skills and a high level of attention to detail.
• Strong communication abilities, including the confidence to work closely with senior leadership.
• Proficiency with lead flow processes and familiarity with tools such as Salesforce and Pardot.
• A self-starting attitude that allows you to prioritize tasks and drive projects forward independently.
• Fluency in English.
