Marketing Manager, Customer Engagement at PatientPoint

We are looking for a Marketing Manager, Customer Engagement to join our team at PatientPoint, a leading digital health company. We operate the nation’s largest network of connected digital devices across 35,000 physician offices, helping to improve health outcomes for over 750 million patient visits annually by connecting providers and life sciences companies with the right information at the point of care.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute multi-channel engagement campaigns while tracking and reporting on key performance metrics.
• Produce personalized content that encourages specific user actions and aligns with our business objectives.
• Craft communication strategies for customer segments to promote product updates and boost overall utilization.
• Utilize customer data and insights to refine our targeting, segmentation, and personalization efforts.
• Collaborate with our Digital and Demand Marketing teams to leverage CRM and marketing automation tools for workflow optimization.
• Partner with the Customer Success team to build retention strategies, including comprehensive onboarding communications.
• Equip Account Managers with essential resources such as scripts, email templates, and collateral to drive interest in new offerings.
• Develop training materials in coordination with Customer Success to help users get the most out of our products.

Must-haves

• At least 5 years of professional experience in customer engagement or product marketing, ideally within the healthcare industry.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Professional Writing, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in project management, taking initiatives from initial concept to final delivery.
• Excellent presentation, training, and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior leadership.
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and data analytics tools.
• A flexible mindset capable of navigating ambiguity and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
