About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead our Affiliate and Influencer marketing efforts. This is a full-time, hybrid position where you will own the strategy and execution for two of our most significant acquisition channels. You will report to the Head of Acquisition Marketing and collaborate closely with our growth and executive teams to drive meaningful results.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and expand our affiliate portfolio by nurturing existing relationships, recruiting new content creators, and providing the resources necessary to boost partner performance.
• Direct our influencer marketing strategy across platforms like TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram, which includes negotiating contracts, managing budgets, and working with our agency partners.
• Analyze campaign performance data to track KPIs and ROAS, using these insights to optimize future strategies and present actionable recommendations to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Five to seven years of professional experience, with at least three years specifically focused on affiliate marketing.
• Proficiency with affiliate platforms, with a preference for candidates experienced in Commission Junction.
• A strong analytical mindset combined with strategic thinking, allowing you to translate complex data into effective marketing campaigns.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build authentic relationships with influencers and internal stakeholders.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects and shifting priorities.

Location

This role is based in the United States. Our team members work from our Mountain View office on a hybrid schedule, typically in-office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
