Marketing Lead at Alliance

We are Alliance, the premier accelerator dedicated to supporting crypto founders. Since our inception in 2020, we have successfully backed over 300 startups, including notable names like Pump, Synthetix, Pendle, and Believe, which now hold a collective valuation exceeding $10 billion. We are looking for a Senior Marketing Lead to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in the United States. In this role, you will report directly to our co-founder and CPO, Roberto, and take full ownership of our brand and marketing strategy to ensure the most ambitious founders in the industry know about our program and apply.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy designed to increase founder applications.
• Manage our content presence across platforms like X, LinkedIn, and our Good Game podcast, while also overseeing video production, blog content, and DAO communications.
• Coordinate and execute live events, including our high-profile Demo Days and MVP Hackathons.

Requirements

• Deep crypto-native knowledge, including an understanding of market cycles, memes, and industry culture.
• A proven track record in marketing at a top-tier crypto protocol, venture firm, or leading technology company.
• The ability to communicate authentically with both Gen Z audiences and high-level founders.
• A hands-on, individual contributor mindset, as you will be responsible for executing tasks directly within our small, 13-person team.
• High agency and an entrepreneurial spirit, with proficiency in using modern AI tools to increase your speed and efficiency.
• The ability to work on-site in New York City, which is a non-negotiable requirement for this position.

What we offer

We provide a base salary range of $160,000 to $240,000, supplemented by 0.1% to 0.4% equity depending on your level of seniority. Joining our team offers several unique advantages:
