We are ordinary people with big ambitions, and we are looking for a talented Marketing Lead to join our New Games team in Finland and help us turn early concepts into global phenomena.
What you'll be doing
- You will lead and mentor a small, high-performing team, ensuring they have the focus and support needed to excel while maintaining a culture of high care.
- You will spearhead early concept validation by conducting market research and testing, which will help us identify and refine the most captivating marketing strategies for our upcoming titles.
- You will manage the production of marketing assets, including key art and store materials, while partnering closely with game teams to provide comprehensive support throughout the entire product lifecycle.
What you'll bring
- Proven experience within the game industry, specifically regarding product marketing and user acquisition.
- A deep understanding of the early stages of game development, including how to translate market research and concept testing into actionable creative direction.
- Strong project management skills, allowing you to prioritize multiple demands effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to motivate your team and collaborate successfully with external partners.
- A proactive mindset, a positive attitude, and the readiness to embrace change while taking full ownership of your initiatives.
- Fluency in English, which serves as our primary working language.
