We are looking for a Marketing Lead for Creative Services to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. Ridgeline is the industry cloud platform for investment management, founded in 2017 by tech entrepreneur Dave Duffield to bring modern innovation to a sector that has been historically underserved. As we continue to scale, we need a hands-on creative leader who can balance high-level brand strategy with precise design execution. You will be the driving force behind our visual storytelling, helping us maintain a cohesive brand voice while utilizing modern tools to elevate our creative output across all channels.

Responsibilities

Own the full lifecycle of our creative services, including managing external agency partnerships and overseeing in-house production for digital, video, event, and print assets.
Serve as the lead art director to evolve and safeguard our brand identity, while providing clear direction and feedback to cross-functional stakeholders.
Execute hands-on design work across various mediums, including websites, social media, and multimedia assets, while proactively concepting new campaigns to support our go-to-market strategies.

Requirements

Five to seven years of professional experience in design, creative direction, or brand marketing, ideally within a tech or SaaS environment.
Expert-level proficiency using Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
A strong portfolio demonstrating multi-channel design work across digital, print, and branding.
Proven ability to manage complex creative projects, vendor relationships, and production timelines from concept to delivery.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to act as a strategic thinker who translates business objectives into compelling visual concepts.

What we offer

The base salary for this position is $135,000 to $158,000. Beyond your base pay, we provide a comprehensive package designed to support your professional growth and personal well-being, including:
