We are Better Me, a division of the TAL Education Group, which is a major NYSE-listed leader in the global Edtech space. We are looking for a dedicated Marketing Intern to join our team in Singapore for a full-time, on-site internship where you will help us expand our reach and connect students with our enrichment programs.
Responsibilities
- Drive brand awareness and promote our learning products to increase our user base.
- Create and execute market plans that identify new channels and generate consistent lead growth.
- Distill the core value of our products into effective promotional strategies that acquire customers efficiently.
- Execute on-the-ground growth initiatives and promotional campaigns to attract new students and boost sales.
- Analyze market trends and competitive dynamics to inform our strategy and ensure we meet our growth targets.
Must-haves
- Practical experience with Google search optimization and social media platforms like Facebook and Xiaohongshu.
- Proficiency in video and image editing software.
- Strong creative thinking skills with the ability to plan and write compelling content independently.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
- A genuine passion for the education industry and a commitment to continuous learning.
- Ability to commit to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week for at least 3 months.
Nice-to-haves
- A background or proven experience in graphic design.
