We are Dermalogica, the world’s leading professional skincare brand, and we are looking for a dedicated Marketing Executive to join our team in Leatherhead for a 12-month maternity cover contract. Our mission is to empower skin therapists and aesthetic practitioners through revolutionary products and expert education, and we want you to help us drive our retail marketing strategy across the United Kingdom.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic marketing calendar to support new product launches and increase retail traffic.
- Manage Gift with Purchase (GWP) campaigns, including budgeting, stock management, and artwork coordination.
- Plan and deliver unique customer events at our retail locations, providing detailed wrap-up reports afterward.
- Collaborate with retail sales, operations, and counter managers to ensure flawless execution of promotions and events.
- Monitor departmental KPIs and track marketing spend against established budgets.
- Create and distribute the monthly retail newsletter for our sales teams using HubSpot.
- Oversee retail point-of-sale assets and support the visual merchandising manager with print materials and planograms.
- Coordinate marketing communications for our flagship and company-owned stores.
Must-haves
- Two to five years of professional experience in brand or retail marketing.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, hands-on approach to both strategic planning and day-to-day execution.
- Fluency in English.
