As the Retail Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in driving the marketing strategy in the retail channel and helping to grow the presence of the brand in UK. This position is a 12-month contract for maternity cover and will report directly to the UK Retail Marketing Manager.
The responsibilities of the Marketing Executive…. Could this be you?
- Play a pivotal role in the development and implementation of a strategic marketing calendar to support successful new product launches to drive traffic and activity at counter
- GWP management – briefing in artwork, budget and stock management, photography, artwork, and send out. Leasing with across channels.
- Manage and execute engaging, unique, customer events across our retail locations from start to finish, including wrap up reports and house accounts orders.
- Coordinating all activity with the retail sales team, operations, and counter managers to achieve complete accuracy on the execution of launches/events/promotions in store
- Attend broader company marketing briefings to ensure marketing campaigns and product launches are deployed across all the retail customer touchpoints
- Drive instore skin services: support the strategy to increase service bookings. Manage treatment pricing and e-brochure update
- Track marketing expenditure against budget
- Monitor all departmental KPIs and report on all retail marketing initiatives (weekly + monthly)
- HubSpot monthly retail connect email to store and sales team: create, design and distribute
- Manage retail POS assets for NPD and activations and organise send outs. Including screen content briefing and management
- Support VM manager on print assets, planograms and ad hoc requests.
- Drive marketing comms for flagship and company owned stores, point of contact for external meetings and relationships
Do you have the below skills?
- 2-5 years’ experience working in brand/retail marketing
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Organised with ability to multi-task and prioritise in a fast-paced environment to meet strict deadlines
- Must be willing to get hands-on with projects and lead both the strategy and execution
