The Titan Wealth Group is a wealth and asset management business bringing high quality execution and administration to the sector through leverage of the Group’s resources and technology. We meet universal wealth and asset management needs by supporting our own as well as client IFAs and DFMs with innovative, quality and integrated solutions that drive efficiency into every part of the wealth management cycle.
We are an active acquirer of DFMs and IFA’s in the UK, following an aggressive growth trajectory, having trebled in size from the initial acquisition of “GPP” under two years ago. Our strategy sees strong organic growth within the near term coupled with significantly larger acquisitions. We currently manage ten entities attracting taxation, mostly UK-orientated with exposure to Jersey and South Africa.
The role:
To work collaboratively to deliver key marketing deliverables in support of the marketing plans for Titan’s Technology, Settlement and Custody Pillar.
Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, this role is best suited to a Marketing generalist who enjoys getting stuck into varied marketing activities. From helping to drive content strategy by writing blogs, social posts, and marketing collateral to creating and distributing marketing emails, analysing data, and continually optimising campaign assets based on the insights you and the team derive. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to take ownership of activities spanning the full marketing mix.
Job Responsibilities
To help develop and implement integrated marketing plans.To conduct market and client research and unearth key insights to help craft detailed customer personas.Write and proofread marketing copy for marketing assets spanning the full marketing mix.To produce creative content, including literature, videos and blog posts.Monitor, maintain and optimise company websites.Manage company LinkedIn pages ensuring the timely distribution of thoughtful, engaging content organised via a comprehensive content calendar.Update and maintain company intranet pages as required.Organise and attend events such as town halls, seminars, and webinars.Liaise with PR, Digital and Design Agencies.Develop relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.Track campaign performance and return on investment (ROI) and prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for management.Be responsible for recording marketing spend in line with agreed marketing budgets.To keep consumer duty principles top of mind throughout the day-to-day execution of your work.To carry out any other duties as may reasonably be required.Specialist and technical knowledge
Full proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook is essential.Prior experience with HubSpot Marketing Software is highly desirable.A working knowledge of content management systems (CMS) WordPress is desirable.A working knowledge of paid advertising best practices (specifically LinkedIn Ads) would be advantageous.A strong foundational knowledge of analytics tools used to monitor and track website behaviour and social media engagement (GA4 & LinkedIn Analytics) is highly desirable.Education and Requirements
Experience in Financial or Professional Services is essential.Previous experience as a Marketing Executive or a Marketing assistant ready to step up.Experience working within an in-house marketing team is highly desirable.To have completed (or be working towards completing) a professional marketing qualification such as CIM, Certificate in Digital Marketing or Professional Diploma in Digital Marketing etc…Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cohesively as part of a team as well as independently.Excellent research and copywriting skills.Highly organised and detail-oriented.Respect for people and ideas.Our employees are talented people, distinguished by excellence.
