We are looking for a Marketing Events Intern to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. At Hashgraph, we focus on developing and supporting Hedera, an open-source, proof-of-stake platform designed for the unique demands of enterprise and Web3 applications. Our network is governed by a diverse group of global organizations across 11 sectors, ensuring the stability and sustainability of our decentralized ecosystem. In this role, you will help expand our community engagement efforts by coordinating events and educating various audiences about the Hedera ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate community meetups by acting as the primary point of contact between our marketing team and external meetup groups.
- Research potential venues and vendors to provide actionable recommendations for our event strategy.
- Collaborate across internal departments, including developer relations and engineering, to refine our outreach processes and best practices.
Requirements
- You possess senior-level experience and demonstrate exceptional time management and organizational abilities.
- You have strong communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- You are detail-oriented, proactive, and have a genuine interest in the Web3 space.
- While not required, experience in event planning, knowledge of the Hedera platform, and proficiency in additional languages are highly valued.
