Role at a glance
We are seeking a Marketing Director to join us in a full-time, on-site capacity within the United States. This is a Director-level position requiring extensive experience, where you will report directly to the Director of Communications and commit to a 40 to 45-hour work week.
Your impact
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of marketing professionals through regular check-ins and structured development plans to ensure everyone reaches their full potential.
- Design and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that drive engagement and attendance across both our physical locations and digital platforms.
- Serve as a guardian of the LCBC brand while collaborating with our communications, digital, and technology teams to share our story with the world.
What you'll need
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in leadership and a heart for our mission. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- At least 8 years of experience in leadership roles within marketing, communications, or public relations.
- Deep expertise in marketing analytics, including the ability to design reports and optimize campaign performance.
- A proven track record of managing budgets, leading complex projects under tight deadlines, and building strong media relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative spirit and a desire to grow both spiritually and professionally.
- A commitment to LCBC’s values and a willingness to become an LCBC Partner within 60 days of joining us.
- Fluency in English.
