What is this role?
We are seeking a Marketing Director to join us on a full-time, remote basis. This is a senior-level position where you will serve as the right hand to our SVP International, playing a pivotal role in our expansion across the EU. We are looking for an experienced professional who can thrive in an entrepreneurial environment while helping us achieve our ambitious growth targets.
What will you do?
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and PR strategies across all EU markets, with a focus on France, Italy, Germany, Spain, and the Nordics.
- Lead the regional marketing team and manage relationships with local PR agencies and retail partners like Sephora to drive brand awareness and sales.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of marketing initiatives, from identifying regional opportunities and managing budgets to analyzing performance metrics and reporting on key business objectives.

- At least 8 years of marketing experience specifically within the cosmetics sector.

- Exceptional communication skills, with professional fluency in both English and French.
- A track record of building successful marketing briefs that deliver measurable ROI.
