The opportunity

We are searching for a Senior Marketing Data Verifier to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. In this role, you will act as the guardian of our database integrity. Your work is essential to our success, as you will ensure that our outreach efforts are backed by accurate, high-quality information. By maintaining our systems, you enable our broader team to connect with the right partners and continue delivering the high-impact solutions our clients rely on.

A day in the life

• You will build and refine our database by performing high-volume data entry and cleaning up existing records to ensure everything is up to date.
• You will verify the accuracy of our information by researching and updating contact details, ensuring our data remains a reliable asset.
• You will engage in cold-calling and handle various ad-hoc tasks that support our marketing initiatives and overall business goals.

Who you are

You are a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working with data and has a knack for finding information online. To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• A meticulous nature with strong organizational, time management, and analytical abilities.
• Experience with tools like Microsoft Dynamics CRM, ZoomInfo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator is considered a significant advantage.
• A self-motivated attitude and the ability to navigate the internet effectively to source data.
