We are looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Marketing Coordinator and Office Manager to help us continue our mission of saving people time.
What you'll be doing
- Lead our trade show and event management efforts, which will occupy about 60% of your time, including coordinating logistics, managing booth setups, and traveling to events up to 50% of the time.
- Take ownership of our organic social media program by planning, creating, and optimizing engaging content across platforms like LinkedIn, TikTok, and Instagram to drive brand awareness.
- Support our office operations by maintaining a productive and welcoming environment, managing supplies, and ensuring our team has everything they need to succeed while working from our Palo Alto headquarters at least twice a week.
What you'll bring
To be successful in this role, you should have a background that blends creativity with operational precision. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, paired with at least 2 years of experience in marketing or event management.
- Proficiency with HubSpot for CRM and marketing automation, as well as design tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or Canva.
- Strong project management skills and an analytical mindset, allowing you to interpret data to refine our marketing strategies.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, as you will often be the first point of contact for our potential clients.
- Fluency in English.
