As our first full-time marketing hire, you will have a unique opportunity to shape our brand identity while working alongside a team backed by top-tier investors in the autonomy and Agtech space.
Role at a glance
We are looking for a Mid-Level Marketing Coordinator to join us on a full-time, on-site basis. You will report directly to the Senior Vice President of Revenue, taking ownership of projects that bridge the gap between our innovative robotics technology and our commercial goals. This is a high-impact role perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to grow with a pioneering company.
Your impact
- Drive our brand strategy by identifying and executing improvements across content, lead generation, and internal processes to meet our business objectives.
- Take charge of event planning, including trade shows and conferences, by managing schedules, vendor contacts, and logistics from start to finish.
- Design and iterate on marketing collateral using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva while maintaining an accurate inventory of all sales support materials.
What you'll need
You should be a self-starter who is comfortable working as an individual contributor while managing relationships with external contractors. We value candidates who bring a mix of creativity and technical organization to the table.
- At least 2 years of professional experience in marketing coordination or brand management.
- A solid understanding of digital and traditional marketing, including social media and content strategy.
- Technical proficiency or the ability to quickly master tools like HubSpot CRM, Slack, Gong, and Apollo.
- Working knowledge of HTML and experience with content management systems.
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field.
