What you bring
As a Senior Marketing Coordinator, you will play a vital role in our full-time, on-site operations. You will be responsible for bridging the gap between our strategic marketing goals and our event execution, ensuring that every project reflects our high standards. Your core responsibilities will include the following:
- Managing a diverse range of local and national projects, including webinars, tradeshows, and corporate meetings.
- Overseeing the full lifecycle of event logistics, from vendor negotiation and contract management to on-site setup and audio-visual coordination.
- Maintaining brand consistency across all digital and print channels while executing targeted email campaigns and social media content.
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate who possesses a BS or BA degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications, paired with at least five years of experience in an administrative or marketing capacity. You should be a creative and strategic thinker with a sharp eye for detail and the ability to manage competing deadlines with ease. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential, and familiarity with marketing automation tools like Pardot or MailChimp, as well as conferencing platforms like Zoom and Teams, is highly valued. We prioritize candidates who demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit, strong verbal communication skills, and the ability to thrive within a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team environment.
