About the Role
We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator / Data Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. This junior-level position is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside regional Marketing Managers and other skilled professionals. You will play a vital role in our marketing operations, helping us manage data and support our proposal development efforts in a hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the marketing database by performing accurate data entry in systems like Deltek Vision, Vantagepoint, OpenAsset, and SharePoint.
- Format proposal sections according to department standards and templates while ensuring all files are organized and easily accessible.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to handle multiple assignments simultaneously and meet project deadlines.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, journalism, communications, or a related field.
- Between 1 and 5 years of experience in an administrative, marketing, or proposal development role, ideally within the A/E/C or professional services industry.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, paired with excellent time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint, SharePoint, OpenAsset, InDesign, or Photoshop is considered a plus.
Location
This position is based in the United States, with specific opportunities available in Rockville, MD or Richmond, VA.
