About the Role
We are seeking a Marketing Communications Specialist to join our team in a full-time capacity. This is an on-site position based in our Peoria office. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a wide range of marketing and communications initiatives, including public relations, email campaigns, and online listings, all aimed at driving demand and supporting our sales pipeline growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead our public relations efforts by managing the editorial calendar, building relationships with industry influencers and media outlets, and tracking our brand awareness in the market.
- Take ownership of our email marketing strategy, which includes collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing automation, and executing high-quality copywriting for various campaigns.
- Oversee our company presence on industry review sites and buyers guides, while also contributing to our weekly sales bulletins and managing relevant project invoices.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field.
- At least 1 to 3 years of relevant marketing experience, ideally within a B2B corporate environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office products, specifically Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Proven ability in copywriting and proofreading, preferably using APA style.
- A solid understanding of digital marketing trends, email marketing, and event promotion.
- Familiarity with tools such as Pardot, Salesforce, and Google Analytics is considered a significant asset.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish.
- The ability to travel occasionally, up to 10 percent of the time.

This position is located on-site at our office in Peoria, United States.
