We are looking for an ambitious and motivated Marketing Communications Manager to join our team in a remote, full-time capacity to help drive our growth across North America.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to boost revenue for our CytoCell, CytoSure, and SureSeq product portfolios.
- Manage the full lifecycle of tradeshows and events in North America, including logistics, strategy, and post-event analysis to maximize return on investment.
- Create and manage marketing materials while acting as a brand guardian to ensure all communications align with our corporate voice.
- Collaborate with regional managers and sales teams to design customer-centric campaigns across digital, social, and direct channels.
- Maintain the CRM database, track competitor activity, and manage marketing budgets to ensure efficient resource allocation.
- Continuously evaluate campaign performance and provide actionable insights to optimize our marketing funnel.
Must-haves
- A degree in life sciences or business management.
- Three to five years of experience in a marketing communications role, specifically with significant expertise in tradeshow management.
- Proven background working within the life sciences industry.
- Demonstrable success in implementing marketing and advertising activities through both direct and third-party channels.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives for technical audiences.
- Solid project management experience, including managing budgets and internal stakeholder relationships.
- Fluency in English.
Nice-to-haves
- Familiarity with our core technologies, including FISH, arrays, and NGS.
- Previous experience in a B2B marketing environment.
- Proficiency with CRM databases, particularly Microsoft Dynamics.
