Role at a glance
We are looking for a Marketing & Communications Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a junior-level position based in the United States, and we operate under a hybrid work model to balance office collaboration with flexibility.
Your impact
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to our senior marketing and publicity leadership, including calendar management, travel coordination, and expense processing.
- Assist in the development and execution of media relations strategies, which includes drafting press releases, managing media lists, and monitoring industry news coverage.
- Support our digital and creative efforts by maintaining project websites, managing social media community engagement, and coordinating brand creative assets.
What you'll need
We are looking for a candidate who is eager to grow and possesses a strong foundation in the media landscape. You should have 1 to 2 years of experience within a studio, network, or marketing agency environment. We value candidates who bring the following:
- A background in media, arts, or cultural organizations.
- Technical proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with social media platforms.
- Bonus points if you have experience with Sprout Social and WordPress.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, paired with a highly organized approach to your daily tasks.
- Fluency in English.
Perks and compensation
