Role at a glance

We are looking for a Marketing & Communications Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a junior-level position based in the United States, and we operate under a hybrid work model to balance office collaboration with flexibility.

Your impact

Provide comprehensive administrative support to our senior marketing and publicity leadership, including calendar management, travel coordination, and expense processing.
Assist in the development and execution of media relations strategies, which includes drafting press releases, managing media lists, and monitoring industry news coverage.
Support our digital and creative efforts by maintaining project websites, managing social media community engagement, and coordinating brand creative assets.

What you'll need

We are looking for a candidate who is eager to grow and possesses a strong foundation in the media landscape. You should have 1 to 2 years of experience within a studio, network, or marketing agency environment. We value candidates who bring the following:

A background in media, arts, or cultural organizations.
Technical proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with social media platforms.
Bonus points if you have experience with Sprout Social and WordPress.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, paired with a highly organized approach to your daily tasks.
Fluency in English.

Perks and compensation

The annual salary range for this position is 42,000 USD to 46,000 USD. In addition to competitive pay, you will enjoy the following benefit:
