Role at a glance
This is a full-time, senior-level position focused on the end-to-end commercialization of our products. You will work in a fully remote capacity, collaborating with global teams to drive adoption and scalability across our portfolio.
Your impact
- Orchestrate product launches: You will act as the central lead for new features, managing timelines, cross-functional dependencies, and the alignment of teams like Sales, Product, and Operations to ensure every rollout is seamless.
- Drive GTM readiness: You will build and maintain scalable frameworks, including launch checklists and readiness scorecards, while ensuring our sales teams have the messaging and tools they need to succeed.
- Measure and optimize performance: You will define success metrics for each launch, partner with analytics teams to track adoption and revenue signals, and lead post-launch retrospectives to continuously improve our processes.
What you'll need
We are looking for someone who balances high-level strategy with the ability to execute in a fast-paced environment. Your background should include:
- At least 5 years of experience in GTM operations, product marketing, or program management.
- A proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products or features.
- Exceptional project management skills and the ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong communication skills, allowing you to manage stakeholders across various departments effectively.
- An analytical mindset that turns data into actionable insights.
- Fluency in English.
- Bonus points for experience in the fintech or payments sector, or holding a project management certification like PMP or Agile.
