About the Role

We are hiring for a Marketing Career Changer position on a full-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for those looking to start a new professional chapter, as we provide comprehensive training to turn you into an expert in online marketing. You will work closely with our clients to manage their online presence, focusing on areas such as Facebook Ads, funnel architecture, and long-term branding. You do not need previous marketing experience to succeed here, as we will teach you everything you need to know during your initial training phase.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute advertising campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok to help cosmetic studios grow their client base.
• Monitor and refine active campaigns on a regular basis to ensure we are consistently delivering the best possible results for our partners.
• Maintain direct and clear communication with our clients through various channels, including phone calls, Zoom meetings, and WhatsApp, to provide ongoing support.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills and a keen eye for precision in your work.

This position is based on-site in Hagen, Germany.

Compensation and Benefits
