What is this role?
We are hiring a Marketing Campaigns Coordinator to join us on a full-time basis. This is a junior-level position that is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere, provided you are not located in New York. You will play a vital role in our team by helping our clients reach their recruiting goals through strategic campaign management.
What will you do?
- Collaborate directly with our clients to identify their specific recruiting needs, gather necessary branding materials, and define what success looks like for their campaigns.
- Take charge of building, launching, and tracking the performance of various campaigns, while providing regular updates and optimizing efforts to ensure a high return on investment.
- Analyze campaign performance data to create monthly reports for our leadership team and serve as an internal expert who educates stakeholders on the value of our campaign services.
What makes you a great fit?
To be successful in this role, you should have a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on building lasting relationships. You should be fluent in English and possess the following qualifications:
- Solid experience in customer service and a professional, friendly demeanor.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience working with email marketing tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A sharp eye for detail, strong organizational abilities, and a talent for data analysis to help drive decision-making.
