At ModSquad, we specialize in providing managed digital engagement services for some of the world's most recognizable brands, including the NFL, Zendesk, and Topps. With a global network of over 10,000 professionals operating in more than 50 languages, we help companies bridge the gap between their services and their customers. We are currently looking for a Senior Marketing Campaign Manager to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. In this role, you will report to the Director of Demand Generation and play a vital part in driving brand awareness and demand through strategic integrated marketing initiatives.
Key outcomes
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns tailored to specific market segments to attract new clients and encourage repeat business.
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of trade shows and events, from initial budgeting and planning to onsite support and post-event lead management.
- Collaborate closely with our sales and marketing departments to ensure messaging and timing are perfectly aligned across all channels.
- Manage project timelines to ensure campaign content remains consistent and effective at driving pipeline growth.
- Create and present strategic briefs that translate high-level goals into actionable tactical plans.
- Track campaign performance through detailed reporting and analytics, using these insights to optimize programs and meet revenue targets.
- Integrate partner and competitive campaigns into our existing buyer journeys to maximize market reach.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in B2B campaign management and event planning.
- Proven success in planning and executing marketing programs that have a measurable impact on revenue.
- A solid understanding of the sales pipeline and how marketing efforts support the broader sales process.
- Demonstrated expertise in program measurement, including the use of analytics and reporting tools.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, and Google Analytics.
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive as a self-starter in a remote, multi-time-zone environment.
- A high level of organization, attention to detail, and a collaborative, friendly demeanor.
Preferred qualifications
- Prior experience working with Asana, Popl, and Slack.
