What is this role?
We are seeking a Senior Marketing Campaign Manager to join us on a full-time, remote basis. This role is perfect for a seasoned professional who wants to take ownership of our messaging and differentiation strategies. You will report directly to the Associate Director of Marketing and play a vital role in executing our outreach across a variety of digital and in-person channels.
What will you do?
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing calendar, including the management of prospecting and upsell email campaigns that align with grid conditions and enrollment deadlines.
- Take charge of our event strategy by hosting webinars, managing our presence at industry trade shows, and coordinating with our sales team to maximize lead generation and deal tracking.
- Drive marketing operations by managing inbound leads, optimizing our internal processes for greater efficiency, and utilizing automated reporting to measure the direct impact of your campaigns on our closed margin.
What makes you a great fit?
You should have at least 5 years of relevant marketing experience and a strong desire to make a tangible impact on the energy industry. We value candidates who are action-oriented and possess a driver mentality, meaning you are comfortable pushing projects to completion independently. You must be a confident communicator who can engage effectively with both customers and executive leadership. Proficiency in HubSpot and Salesforce is required for this position, and experience with Zoom and Webflow is considered a significant plus.
