The opportunity
As our Marketing Automation Specialist you will be the steady hand behind every automated program that reaches prospects. Your work keeps our owned channels healthy, our lead flow qualified, and our campaigns compliant, so the broader marketing team can focus on storytelling and growth. Sitting at the intersection of technology and demand generation, you will shape how People.ai shows up in inboxes and on landing pages around the world.
A day in the life
- You build and refine Marketo programs-setting up emails, forms, landing pages, and nurture flows-then test, QA, and launch them in Webflow so every prospect interaction feels seamless.
- You track campaign calendars in a central email schedule, pull performance reports, and translate the numbers into clear recommendations that program managers use to sharpen the next send.
- You keep our data clean and our practices compliant, auditing segments, updating suppression lists, and ensuring every program meets GDPR, CCPA, and CAN-Spam standards before it ever reaches an inbox.
Who you are
You bring two to three years of hands-on email marketing or marketing-automation experience and already speak Marketo and Webflow fluently. You understand B2B funnel metrics, know how to turn data into concise insights, and can juggle multiple projects without losing sight of deadlines. Relationship-building comes naturally to you; whether you are guiding a teammate through a form fix or syncing with colleagues on another continent, you communicate clearly and kindly. A Marketo Certified Expert credential is a plus, and you are comfortable learning new tools quickly while staying mindful of privacy regulations.
