Starting from a small family garage, we have grown into a leading name in the industry, producing high-quality pieces in our own workshop in Heeze. We are looking for a Marketing Automation & Data Analyst to join our full-time, on-site team in the Netherlands. In this role, you will act as the bridge between our marketing efforts and our technical infrastructure, ensuring that our strategies are driven by clear data and efficient automated workflows.
Key outcomes
- Design and maintain insightful dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI or Looker Studio.
- Evaluate marketing performance data to identify emerging trends, growth opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and refine automated marketing workflows through platforms like Power Automate.
- Integrate various data sources and systems, including CRM and advertising platforms, to ensure a seamless flow of information.
- Partner with our IT, sales, and marketing departments to execute data-driven campaigns.
- Continuously optimize internal processes by implementing scalable automation solutions.
Requirements
- An HBO level of education with a strong interest in marketing technology.
- Analytical curiosity and a talent for bringing structure to complex information.
- Experience or familiarity with tools such as Power BI, Power Automate, or Zapier.
- A solid understanding of how data moves between systems, including the ability to work with APIs and SQL.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to collaboration.
- Professional proficiency in English.
