Doximity is the leading digital platform for U.S. medical professionals, serving over 80% of physicians and a vast majority of nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and medical students. We are looking for a Senior Marketing Associate to join our Commercial Marketing team on a seven-month contract basis, helping us improve the efficiency of the healthcare system by supporting our sales force with high-impact, custom marketing materials.

Responsibilities

Design bespoke materials, including slide decks, one-pagers, and videos, to support our sales team during client engagements.
Partner with our Analytics team to pull client-specific data and metrics, turning them into compelling, personalized presentations.
Manage the creation of pitch decks, RFPs, and results decks throughout the entire sales lifecycle.
Develop content and templates for both virtual and in-person meetings, including large-scale events with up to 200 attendees.
Assist the broader marketing department in building scalable collateral and templates for commercial use.

Must-haves

A BA or BS degree.
At least 3 to 5 years of professional marketing experience.
Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Google Slides, and Keynote.
Practical experience using Photoshop and Excel.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high level of attention to detail.
Proven ability to manage your time effectively and work independently.
Fluency in English.

Nice-to-haves

Prior experience working in healthcare or pharmaceutical marketing.
Strong copywriting capabilities.

Benefits

The compensation for this role is $40 to $45 per hour, with an annual equivalent range of $83,000 to $94,000 based on the contract duration and individual qualifications. Additional benefits include:
