Imagine Pediatrics is looking for a Marketing Associate

At Imagine Pediatrics, we are a compassionate, pediatrician-led medical group dedicated to transforming care for children with complex medical needs. We provide virtual-first services that support families right where they live, and we are currently looking for a Marketing Associate to join our team on a contract basis for approximately three months.

Responsibilities

Execute and measure omnichannel marketing strategies, with a specific focus on SMS and email campaigns using platforms like Iterable and Talkdesk.
Manage the end-to-end development of digital content, including writing, proofing, coding, and testing.
Support a wide range of initiatives, including SEO and SEM, social media, database marketing, and outbound calling alignment.
Monitor key performance indicators to optimize campaign strategies and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
Utilize Google Analytics and other tools to evaluate the customer experience across various touchpoints.
Coordinate project delivery using ClickUp and assist with web content updates on platforms like Webflow and WordPress.
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure high-quality campaign outputs.
Maintain our brand toolkit and assist with administrative tasks as needed.

Must-haves

At least 2 years of professional experience in B2C and B2B digital marketing.
A Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
Proven experience in SMS marketing, web development, and graphic design.
Strong analytical skills with a passion for data-driven decision-making and A/B testing.
Demonstrable success in managing omnichannel initiatives, including social media, email, and search marketing.
Proficiency in English and excellent communication skills.
A self-starting, highly organized approach to work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-haves

Prior experience in the healthcare sector, particularly with patient or member engagement for Medicaid-eligible populations.
Fluency in Spanish.
