As our Marketing Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in amplifying our message across various channels. Worksighted is a leading provider of managed IT services, we are currently seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Assistant to join our marketing team.

Who You Are:

  • You hold a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. 
  • You have three (3) to five (5) years of experience in B2B marketing. Experience in IT services, technology, or software industry are a plus!
  • You have a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns and initiatives that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth.
  • You have a marketing-focused mindset and have a strong understanding of digital marketing principles and tactics, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and marketing automation.
  • You are a creative thinker and use problem solving abilities for innovation and continuous improvement.
  • You are a collaborative individual who is eager to learn and enjoys working as a part of a team.
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, compelling, and persuasive marketing content for various audiences and channels.
  • You are organized and detail oriented and have the ability to prioritize and balance multiple projects.
  • You have a customer-first orientation and the ability to be proactive and resourceful.

What You’re Accountable For:

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams and external vendors to implement integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, events, and content marketing.
  • Conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, customer needs, and opportunities for differentiation, and using insights to inform marketing strategies and messaging.
  • Independently creating compelling marketing content, including website copy, blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, infographics, videos, and more, to engage our target audience and showcase our expertise in IT management services.
  • Managing and guiding external vendors on key deliverables and optimizing digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, email marketing, and content distribution, to drive traffic, conversions, and ROI. 
  • Collaborating closely with sales, product management, and customer success teams, to align marketing efforts with business goals, supporting lead generation and customer acquisition, and driving revenue growth.
  • Aiding in the planning and execution of promotional events, webinars, conferences, and trade shows to increase brand visibility, generating qualified leads, and fostering relationships with prospects and customers.
  • Monitoring and analyzing key marketing metrics and KPIs, such as website traffic, lead generation, conversion rates, and campaign performance, and using data-driven insights to optimize marketing efforts and improve results.
  • Staying current on marketing trends, best practices, emerging technologies management, and toolsets. Sharing knowledge and expertise with the team to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Handling administrative tasks as needed, such as maintaining marketing databases, organizing files, and scheduling meetings.
  • Any other duties and tasks that are required by the Company.
