With 3x year-over-year growth and demand outpacing expectations, we're ready to step up our game. We're hiring our first Events & Community Marketing Associate to help us cultivate an engaged community and execute high-impact events that leave a lasting impression on our clients in the banking sector.

We're after someone who's not just good on paper, but who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment. You’ll be building from the ground up and have a real chance to make a lasting impact. We want grinders—people who get things done, are always three steps ahead, and never shy away from rolling up their sleeves.

What you'll do

Your job will be to build and execute events and community programs that drive engagement and create real value for our clients. From webinars and workshops to large-scale conferences and meetups, you'll be in the driver’s seat, taking full ownership of projects. Expect to collaborate closely with our Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure that every event is strategically aligned with customer needs.

This role will test your strategic thinking, creative problem-solving, and relentless drive. The stakes are high, but so are the rewards. Who you'll work with

You’ll work with passionate, fast-moving people who are driven to deliver exceptional results. Your day-to-day will involve close collaboration with Sales, Customer Success, and other internal teams. You’ll also interact with customers and industry leaders. If you're excited to roll up your sleeves, learn quickly, and move fast, this is the environment for you.

What You’ll Bring

Exceptional organizational skills, with an ability to stay on top of multiple high-priority projects.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both for event planning and community engagement.

Proven ability to create impactful content for promoting events and keeping the community engaged.

Highly analytical and resourceful, with a knack for staying ahead of industry trends.

Strong familiarity with event management tools and online community platforms.

A strategic mindset with a relentless focus on results. You’ll be expected to constantly analyze the impact of your work and adjust accordingly.

You’re highly motivated, driven by a desire to take on big challenges and see projects through to completion.

You’re scrappy and resourceful. You know how to find creative solutions even when you don’t have all the resources handed to you.
