Role at a glance

We are seeking a Marketing and Events Manager to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. This is a mid-level position perfect for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to take our brand to new heights. You will be instrumental in shaping how the world views our mission, working from anywhere in the United States while maintaining the flexibility to travel for key events and team gatherings.

Your impact

• Own our brand identity by managing product marketing, social media, and advertising efforts to increase adoption of our programs and resources.
• Lead our event strategy by overseeing the planning of regional symposia, handling everything from venue selection and speaker coordination to budgeting and logistics.
• Drive public relations by positioning our organization prominently in the media, coaching our leadership team on communication, and securing high-profile speaking opportunities.

What you'll need

We are looking for a candidate who combines strategic thinking with a hands-on, get-it-done attitude. You should possess the following:

• A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.
• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience with a proven track record of growth.
• Expertise in managing email campaigns, social media platforms, and marketing analytics.
• Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to multitask across complex, high-stakes projects.
• A deep passion for our mission to cultivate ethical leadership in finance.
• Fluency in English.
• The flexibility to travel up to 20% of the time for events and team offsites.
