We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Marketing and Events Intern. Redaptive is an Energy-as-a-Service provider that funds and installs equipment designed to save energy and generate power. Since our founding in 2015, we have helped some of the world’s most sophisticated organizations reduce energy waste and meet their sustainability goals. Based in Denver and backed by major investors like CPP Investments and Honeywell, we pride ourselves on a collaborative and fast-paced culture. This role is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a professional environment while contributing to our mission of global sustainability.
Key outcomes
- Help plan and coordinate various marketing events, such as trade shows, webinars, and virtual conferences.
- Maintain the integrity of our HubSpot CRM through database clean-up and governance.
- Work with our team to create event promotion strategies and necessary marketing materials.
- Manage event logistics, which includes handling vendor relations, selecting venues, and communicating with attendees.
- Use HubSpot to track event registrations, monitor engagement, and analyze overall performance.
- Draft and schedule social media posts and email campaigns to drive event awareness.
- Support post-event tasks like lead nurturing, reporting, and conducting attendee surveys.
- Perform market research to stay ahead of industry trends and identify new event opportunities.
- Provide general administrative support to ensure the marketing department runs smoothly.
Requirements
- You are currently pursuing or have recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.
- You possess a strong interest in digital marketing tools and event strategy.
- You have a solid grasp of fundamental marketing principles.
- You are familiar with HubSpot or demonstrate a strong eagerness to master the platform.
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- You are highly organized with a sharp eye for detail.
- You are proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- You are capable of working effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- This position requires a full-time commitment during the summer, transitioning to a Tuesday and Thursday schedule once you return to school.
