We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Marketing Intern to join our dynamic marketing team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for event marketing and a desire to gain hands-on experience with marketing systems such as Hubspot. The Marketing Intern will support the planning, execution, and analysis of various marketing events and help manage our HubSpot CRM. This is an excellent opportunity to learn and grow within a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Responsibilities and Duties
Assist in the planning and coordination of marketing events, including webinars, trade shows, and virtual conferences.Support CRM (HubSpot) and database clean-up and governanceCollaborate with the marketing team to develop event promotion strategies and materials.Support the execution of event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, and attendee communication.Utilize HubSpot to manage event registrations, track engagement, and analyze event performance.Create and schedule email campaigns, social media posts, and other marketing collateral to promote events.Assist in post-event follow-up activities, including surveys, reporting, and lead nurturing.Conduct market research to identify new event opportunities and trends.Provide general administrative support to the marketing team as needed.Required Abilities and Skills
Strong interest in event marketing and digital marketing toolsBasic understanding of marketing principles and strategiesFamiliarity with HubSpot or a strong willingness to learn the platformExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Experience with social media platforms and email marketing is a plusEducation and Experience
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
