We are currently looking for a motivated Marketing and Events Coordinator to join our European Business Marketing Team in the United Kingdom.
Key outcomes
- Support the planning and execution of diverse marketing initiatives, including email campaigns, newsletters, and public relations efforts.
- Manage event logistics, such as sourcing venues and coordinating with contractors, while ensuring all project deadlines are met.
- Create engaging sales and marketing content, including case studies and landing pages, to support our promotional goals.
- Streamline project tracking and team communication using tools like G Suite, Slack, Monday, and Salesforce.
- Assist with design tasks using Canva and Adobe Design Suite to elevate our marketing materials.
Requirements
- Possess 1 to 2 years of professional experience within business marketing or event management.
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in the English language, both written and verbal.
- Maintain a proactive, creative, and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Show a keen interest in the digital advertising industry and current market trends.
- Maintain technical competence in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of additional European languages is considered an asset.
Preferred qualifications
- Prior experience working with Adobe Design Suite.
- Fluency in additional European languages.
