Binance is the world’s leading blockchain ecosystem and the provider of the largest digital-asset exchange. We are on a mission to increase the freedom of money and accelerate global cryptocurrency adoption, and we are looking for a Marketing and Community Manager to join our Binance Labs team to help us grow our brand and developer community.

Responsibilities

Design and implement marketing and brand strategies to expand the global footprint of Binance Labs.
Develop a deep understanding of our products and users to identify new growth channels and traffic sources.
Build and maintain strong relationships with tech, finance, and crypto media outlets.
Produce high-quality content while utilizing SEO best practices to maximize reach.
Organize and host AMAs, webinars, and offline events to engage our developer community.
Provide strategic marketing and PR support to our portfolio projects, including advisory services and media connections.
Stay current with modern marketing trends to innovate our brand presence and social channel operations.

Must-haves

Five to seven years of experience in marketing and communications within the fintech, venture capital, or blockchain sectors.
Native-level proficiency in English, with excellent communication and facilitation skills for hosting community events.
Proven background in content creation or editorial work, ideally within the tech or finance industries.
Experience managing communities in the Web3 space, with a preference for those with a background in developer relations.
Strong analytical skills with a fundamental understanding of web traffic metrics and content optimization.
A self-driven mindset with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to navigate complex technology and finance topics.
