We represent industry-leading luxury brands including Porsche and Toyota, and we are currently looking for a motivated Marketing Administrative Assistant to join our Business Development Center. Key outcomes

Provide essential administrative support to our marketing department.
Manage and organize marketing documentation and materials.
Work closely with your colleagues to ensure all projects are executed efficiently.
Handle data entry tasks and maintain accurate spreadsheets and reports.
Ensure all requests are followed up on promptly to meet deadlines.
Apply your problem-solving skills to address daily operational challenges.

Requirements

Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
A highly motivated mindset and the ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in the MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Experience using the Google Docs Editors Suite, such as Sheets, Docs, and Slides.
A genuine willingness to learn and grow within our organization.

Compensation

We offer a base hourly rate of $18, which amounts to $37,000 annually. You will also participate in our motivating paid training program, which is designed to provide you with significant growth potential.
